The International Day of Older Persons is observed annually on 1st October to recognize the contributions of older persons and to highlight issues affecting them. This day promotes awareness about the importance of ensuring that people can grow old with dignity and purpose. It encourages society to value and support older persons through inclusive policies and practices.

Over the past 20 years, ROTOM has been on the forefront, contributing towards awareness of the needs and rights of older persons. To date, this commitment has not changed. We are so thankful for friends like YOU who have walked alongside us to make this a reality.
