Through its objective of supporting older persons raise children under their care, ROTOM established and runs The ROTOM School to meet the education needs of children. 

The ROTOM School covers the education gaps/needs and challenges older persons face as they raise grandchildren, and allows children grow into successful adults. The school takes a holistic and classical approach to enhance the educational, Spiritual, emotional, health, and social skills development of the children fostering Character development, Innovation, and excellence. 

The ROTOM School started in 2018 and is located in Magoggo Village, Nakifuma sub-county, Mukono District of central Uganda. It’s about 31kms from ROTOM head office in Kubiri-Namubiru, Mukono. The ROTOM School serves both grandchildren of ROTOM supported seniors and private learners from surrounding communities. The school currently has classes from Kindergarten to Primary five (grade 5).

Their confidence is soaring, their literacy is flourishing, their problem-solving skills are sharpening, and their voices are finding confident expressions. These are the seeds of a bright future, not just for the learners, but for the entire community they will one day lead.

Your support of just UGX 100,000 or $38 USD monthly connects a child living in poverty with our loving and caring ROTOM Child Support Program.
