The ROTOM Champions Program is an initiative of ROTOM to support grandchildren in the care of older persons through education and health care. The program provides tuition, health care, housing, personal supplies, mentorship, and employment preparation.
ROTOM Champions program enables girls to attain vocational/trade skills, college, and university education. It also facilitates activities that develop their leadership potential and character development.
The objectives of the ROTOM Champions Program are;
- To increase access to higher education for orphaned and vulnerable girls under the care of older persons in the districts of Mukono and Rukiga (Former Kabale) of Uganda.
- To promote a conducive environment to enable the girls to attain holistic personal development and leadership development.
