No Longer a Struggle for Grateful Senior

UG 002-227 Ida Nalongo Nakazibwe (1)

Our office receives letters exchanged between senior friends with their donors every month. We’d like to share with you a Water Tank Gratitude Letter sent to our dear donor friends, Jack and Sandra G. from their senior friend Ida.

Meet Ida, one of our lovely grannies! She is very excited to have received her ROTOM water tank that will support all of her grandchildren. She is so grateful for ROTOM and her sponsors!

“My grandchildren and I used to struggle to get enough clean water to use in our home and used to have to trudge nearly 2 kilometers (1.24 miles) to and from the village borehole to get water to use each day. And, with a big family like ours, we needed a lot of water to clean, cook and wash each day.

Now, because of your generosity, we no longer have to walk that far to get water. Lately it has been raining regularly this past month and our water tank is always full. Thank you for your kindness to me and my household! Thank you for the gift of a water tank that you sent to me through ROTOM.”

Your friend, Ida Nalongo Nakazibwe in Mukono, Uganda
